Founded in 1913 when Charles Fennig, not wanting to "under take" his father's position, started his plumbing business in the basement of his father's shop: Fennig Funeral Home on 5th and Lincoln in Milwaukee.
From 1915 to 1990 Fennig Plumbing was located on the corner of 13th and Lincoln on Milwaukee's southside.
The business was moved in 1990 to its present location on 68th and Mitchell in West Allis with a home office in New Berlin.
