Hartley's Climate Control is owned and operated by Jon and Errica Hartley of St. James.
Jon and Errica both grew up in the local area and graduated from Rolla High School.
Jon went on to obtain a degree in HVACR from Rolla Technical Institute.
While in school, he worked for a local commercial mechanical company.
He then went on to manage a local refrigeration and heating company for ten years, before deciding to fulfill his lifelong dream of owning his own business.
Errica went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Columbia College.
