In most situations, we can dispatch a qualified technician to your home or business the same day you call if its a problematic situation (a/c not cooling, heater not cooling, water leaking, smelling something burning through the vents, lights or power not working, etc.).
Our Residential Service Fee for the Northshore is $89.00 and includes a qualified technician coming to your home and determining the problem.
If it's a simple fix, there won't be any extra charge.
