Omar checked the furnace, all the vents, changed the filters, and made notes and took pictues of all the components in the attic. Micheal was the man that came out to help us and he did an amazing job and was very professional and very helpful. We will be recommending this company to our friends and family! Thank you so much Michael! ALL HOURS AIR is a top-notch, honest, professional organization.
I bought a furnace-A/C system from AHA, and their installers were respectful of me and my home, worked quietly and efficiently, and did an incredible "pro" installation job (see photo). Nick, my salesman, is awesome: he is a man of his word, kept in contact with me through the entire process from beginning to end, and even showed up on installation day to make sure that everything was going smoothly.
I love the 2-stage furnace-A/C system that AHA sold me - my home is so much more comfortable, and it was fairly priced, especially for such a top-quality system. If you want a professional company you can trust, I highly recommend ALL HOURS AIR for all your HVAC needs!

We have a central air conditioning unit in our home with the outside unit on the side of the house.
The problem we have is that there is always a lot of water exiting the pipe that is attached to the unit itself.
In the area where the water is leaking, all the grass has died.
Any idea how I can solve this issue?.
The water you see coming from the pipe is condensation from the air circulating in your home.
I am not real sure as to why it would be killing the grass, however.
Do you have an available place you can extend the drain so that it won't drip directly onto your grass?

Did you clean the socket where the thermocouple connected when you did the replacement?
If not, you should see if that helps.
Make sure all connections are tight, and you should clean the pilot tube assembly as well.
Dirt and spider nest could be blocking the tubes.
If there is a blockage, the flame may be big enough to keep the thermocouple warm which will lead to the pilot going out.
We have a twenty-year old Burnham American furnace (gas) water heater.
I am always relighting the pilot due to it putting itself out.

All Hours Air men showed up when they had scheduled. They introduced themselves and immediately began to put down drop cloths so they could start removing and installing my unit yesterday.
Todd and Brandon explained what they were going to do and and how long it would take to remove my old unit and put the new unit in my home. Very nice and professional men. I I rate them a 10! I highly recommend All Hours Air ! If you need service this is the company you can trust

We were extremely pleased with their quick response to our failed water heater. Todd was here in a matter of hours after our call. Timothy worked an extremely long and tiring day to install it; and returned the next morning to fine tune it. He also called their electrician, Chris, who came right away and now we have hot water! Thank you all!
