once again I needed to call on Travis for help & as usual he responded immediately.
Dwayne was there within a couple of hours and my A/C was back up and running. I even got my coils cleaned.

We've used Neece Heating and Cooling for years to repair our old system. They were on board with our "one more year" needs of repair and didn't try to sell a system we couldn't afford instead of making those repairs. We finally went with a new Furnace/AC this Spring and were provided a good, better, best estimate. They installed the unit quickly and left the space in immaculate condition when they were done. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a new system or repairs.

Travis and his crew installed our HVAC and I couldn't have asked for a nicer group of guys. 1) We felt comfortable leaving them in our house while my husband and I ran errands. 2)They were knowledgeable and professional and made sure we understood how to use our new thermostat before they left. 3) There was no upselling or pressure during the quoting phase
I can hands down say we will be using them again.

This guy came after A B MAY charged me $89 to diagnose problem and told me it was a bad gas valve but didn't have part. It's only a 4 yr old furnace part is under warranty however labor will be over $400. I called Neece and they came out within a few hours (husband & wife local company) she quotes me $50 service charge & $275 to change gas valve & the guy will have should have the part on the truck. The tech had fixed the problem (a loose wire to the gas valve) in under 10 minutes. He said A B MAY was more in the furnace selling than servicing business. No up selling no problems. Made my day. I asked for a couple of business cards. Like night & day difference in the experience. If you're wondering A B MAY wouldn't call me back when I left a voice mail with the only department that could do that.
Instead of trying to sell me a service contract they won my loyalty by doing the right thing. The tech's name was Duane. He was friendly polite competant and professional.
