R&R recently completed a HVAC system replacement at our home and they did an excellent job. They were punctual, clean, and quick at their work. The only issue was a few things were overlooked in the beginning stage that I don’t think I would’ve known to confirm (electrical, etc.) but the team was able to get the job completed in a timely manner and we are extremely happy with our new furnace and AC.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about R&R Heating and Air Conditioning. We have had circumstances twice over the last two summers with our heatpump and R&R has been amazing from a service standpoint. Mike in the Service Dept., scheduled our most recent service and was wonderful to work with. We discussed moving our service up if there were any cancelations, ultimately that is what happened. Eric who came out and serviced our heatpump was personable, patient and had a great attitude - although we were the last call of his day and it was sweltering outside. I have been impressed with the service I've received both times I've worked with R&R. Thank you Mike and Eric for the fantastic service and the help!

We were looking to replace our gas furnace and install a/c in our home. I called a few other local companies and got bids, but R&R surprised me by offering good equipment (Carrier) at a lower cost than other heating and A/C guys. All the folks I interacted with from R&R were amazing. They returned phone calls, answered questions, and were timely when coming to the house to do the bid and preform the installation. Darren and JJ (and the other guys) worked hard, did good work and left things clean and tidy. I highly recommend R&R!!

We set up a service apt because your company installed our system originally with the home. Your turn around times and getting a tech onsite was great. However once the first tech arrived they discovered the part needing replaced was the furnace heat exchanger . We were told we needed another tech to come back next morning to confirm 100% and give us a price to fix it. Next morning another older tech arrived and said it’s indeed that part. He claimed my system was old and that it would take 3-4 weeks to obtain that part. Thus forcing us to replace the entire furnace . Keep in mind we did disclose that we needed this service in order to sell our home in 3 weeks as it was part of the inspection agreement . So with time against us, it’s snowing and it’s 6 days before Christmas. We have 3 small children ,2 sick with the flu ect . We were given a quote of $2400 to replace the entire system by Monday . We also needed to pay a $600 deposit within 2 hours to secure an install spot. I would assume so I couldn’t get a 2nd opinion... Well, I double booked technicians and had another company arrive 15 min after your tech left. They told me this part is very common and was a horrible design. The Part was readily available and was overnighted to them. Today my heat exchange was installed for $800 plus tax.. I find it extremely hard to believe that your company as big as it’s couldn’t obtain the part in the same time frame as any other company in town. Obviously you get paid more to install a new one, but in this case I think your techs should be more ethical. I just saved $1600 all because I covered my bases and got ahold of a company who apparently works off ethics . Always worth 2nd opinions !!

I'm not sure how we lucked out calling in the morning and getting afternoon service the same day on one of the hottest days of the season, but we did! R&R Heating & Air Conditioning is awesome. They are professional, competent, and friendly. After finding out we needed a new part and a bit more work done on the air conditioner the part was ordered, in stock, and a tech available to come and finish the job first thing the next morning. We are very grateful. Thank you thank you R&R!
