The were able to do the work the very next day, which in our case was a full water heater replacement and tank upgrade to a larger capacity.
The four person team were very professional. Used drop cloths and they were respectful to each other and to me. They not only cleaned up after themselves, but they hauled away the old water heater at no extra charge.
