If for some reason you wish to turn off the outdoor stopcock, you will first need to find it outside of your property.
If you cannot locate it, get in touch with Tecumseh Plumbing and Heating.
Take of the cover off, and insert the stopcock key.
When you have reached the handle at the bottom, turn it clockwise to cut off the flow.
Always know where your stopcock is and make sure it turns the water supply off.
If it stiff and seized up look for were your water supply isolates outside the boundary of your property.
If you cannot locate it, get in touch with Tecumseh Plumbing and Heating.

Set Mounting bolts.
If you are reusing old flange, replace the 3.5 inch flange bolts.
If you are replacing the flange, it must be screwed into a wooden floor.
Use self tapping concrete screws for concrete.
Place the wax ring on the toilet, size will vary.
Set the toilet bowl.
Straddle the toilet bowl and lift, using your legs-not your back.
Tighten the nuts against the washer by hand.
With a wrench, tighten each nut a half-turn.
Alternate tightening each side until the toilet fits cozily.
Cut the flange bolt to size.
If you are reusing old flange, replace the 3.5 inch flange bolts.
If you are replacing the flange, it must be screwed into a wooden floor.

The pump will come with fittings to attach the pump inlet line to the hot water tank.
Set the pump on top of the tank in a position allowing connection of the pump to the tank outlet water line.
Use a hacksaw to cut the connecting tubing to length for a proper fit between the pump and water tank outlet.
Use Teflon tape (available at all plumbing supply stores) to seal the threads on all screwed connections.
The pump will come with fittings to attach the pump inlet line to the hot water tank.
Set the pump on top of the tank in a position allowing connection of the pump to the tank outlet water line.
Use a hacksaw to cut the connecting tubing to length for a proper fit between the pump and water tank outlet.
