Services
Continental Plumbing and Heating, Inc. was formed in 2012 by Tim Lawrence, a Florida transplant and Colorado resident since 2011.
Rather than delegate responsibilities to subordinates with less experience and skill levels, Tim is a "hands on" field operative as well.
Tim is the "first responder" to all calls for repairs, installations, estimates and design consultation.
Rest assured; when you call Continental Plumbing and Heating, Inc. you'll be getting our best!
Here you may want to elaborate on the qualities of your company that make it a great choice for your site visitors, or detail some of your business's history.
Continental Plumbing and Heating, Inc. has expanded its array of services to include repairing scratches, chips, nicks and cracks in surfaces such as Gel Coat, acrylic, porcelain, granite, marble, Corian, laminate countertops as well as wood and laminate flooring!
We are an Authorized Service Representative (ASR) for Kohler, American Standard, Jacuzzi, MTI Bath and many other major brand plumbing fixture manufacturers, covering the High Rockies area of Colorado.
It seems consumers (and, quite frankly, members of our own industry) are divided in their opinion as to which pricing structure is more fair - hourly rate or flat rate pricing.
Both systems have their merits; hourly rate pricing means the customer simply pays for the time a service technician is at their home or place of business.
Flat rate (or up-front pricing) offers customers a fixed price for the repair with no hidden costs.
However, our opinion is that both pricing structures have inherent flaws.
