The Element Masters, Inc. was established in 2000, by Lee and Dorothy Bontrager. Our dream of offering heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services to the Middlebury community and surrounding areas came to life. Lee's experience, of 21 years, in the HVAC industry, has given him the skills ncessary to provide our clients excellent HVAC installation, maintenance and repair services.

He came on time and did his measuring and went to the attic because we had no heat ducts.
He barely fit through the attic access, but he made it.
He measured all windows and rooms.

Give our service contract holders preference over all other services activity normally undertaken by us.
Permit our personnel the use of your common building maintenance tools, such as ladders, etc.
Permit only our service personnel and/or a service organization authorized by us to work on the equipment.
During the term of the agreement we will take all reasonable precautions to avoid injury to persons and damage to property while on the premises, but we shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages.
Give our service contract holders preference over all other services activity normally undertaken by us.
