With being a FAD, we are able to guarantee 100% Customer Satisfaction within one year of the installation date of your Bryant equipment. Our technicians keep updated on training and new products, as they have to complete a set number of training hours and sessions offered throughout each calendar year. We ensure that at least half of our technicians that approve each installation and/or service are factory certified by North American Technician Excellence (NATE).
These technicians have to pass a vigorous exam in order to become NATE certified, and have to renew this certification every 2 years. Smokey Barbier Heating, Inc., was founded by Marcellin (Smokey) Barbier Sr. and his wife Agnes in May of 1956.
The business operated out of the home garage until 1979 when the current building was erected.
The building was enlarged over the years to facilitate our changing needs.
Marcellin (Smokey) Barbier, Jr. began working for his father in 1958 and purchased the business along with his wife Phyllis, in 1970.
They owned and operated the business until 2002.
In May of 2002, Connie Barbier (Smokey's daughter/ granddaughter) and Casey Czekala purchased the business.
