Services
Air Conditioning service should be scheduled annually before the cooling season and includes, but is not limited to: Cleaning dirt, leaves and debris from unit, check for proper refrigerant levels (adjust as needed).
Inspect coil and clean as needed.
Clean or replace air filters.
Full unit inspection including drain lines, motors, electrical units, fans, etc.
Heating system maintenance should be scheduled annually before the heating season and includes, but is not limited to: Cleaning dirt, leaves and debris from unit, inspect drainage, clean and lubricate motors, clean or replace air filters, replace belts and nozzles where applicable.
