This is a yearly maintenance contract.
We call you to schedule your maintenace on your unit twice per year/every six months.
During this visit, we back flush all drain lines, clean all leaves from the condensers, wash the outside unit, and wipe down the inside unit.
There are MANY benefits to the ESA.
You also have the option to call us anytime and request maintenance on your system.
This is a yearly maintenance contract.
