Spring/Summer: Thorough cleaning and inspection of AC equipment including: compressor, condenser coil, refrigerant level, fan and motor, evaporator coil, condensation drain and pan.
Fall/Winter: Thorough cleaning and inspection of Heating equipment including: heating assembly (burners and heat exchanger), electrical components, and thermostat operation.
