My elderly parents AC went out during a recent heatwave.
I called Frank and he got someone to their house that same day.
The quick diagnosis was their AC Condenser went out.
I was provided several options from least to most expensive and the pros/cons of each.
Their 25 year old system used an older refrigerant, and they might be able to find a used condenser to get them by but it would be patching a 25 year old system.
After weighing the options we decided to go with a new system.
