She never rushed through to get off the phone (since I do become quite involved with questions).
She responded to texts in a timely manner and with clarity.
There are little, fine lines written in warranties if which we don't fully read or interpret.
I am not saying they read a warranty for you; that is our job.
But, Jennifer will file it for you, and make sure you have it along with the job description.
Technically, when many contractors have your money, they are done and long gone.
