Riccar Heating and Air Conditioning is a locally owned group of seasoned professionals offering the ultimate in heating and air conditioning, sales, service, and installation.
Established in 1972 by Jeff Arent, with the addition of James (Red) Renner as a full partner in 1976, Riccar has experienced steady growth in the HVAC field.
In 1989, Riccar had outgrown their original building and moved to a larger facility at 2387 Station Parkway in Andover, Minnesota where they remain today.
This location allowed Riccar to have a showroom to display the latest equipment, a larger warehouse to maintain adequate stock, and a metal fabrication shop to handle custom work.
