In 2008, owners Ken Mauriello and Bill Payne teamed up in combining all of their years of experience in founding Thermocool LLC. Mr. Mauriello had served as an installation manager and Mr. Payne had spent years in HVAC system design. Early on Thermocool established itself as a new construction installation company. Even working through tougher economic times during the founding years, the company was able to find growth, and eventually established it's own service division.
This allowed the company to better serve it's customers by providing maintenance options as well as emergency services during system malfunctions. In 2015 Louden sheet metal was built in Atco New jersey, this expansion allowed Thermocool to become a full service, self-sourced HVAC contractor. In 2019 our new office was built and the company moved from Berlin but a 'stone's throw away' to Atco.
