He founded the company in 2014 after working in the air conditioning industry for over 26 years. During that time he worked himself up to service manager at both of the companies where he was employed. He was responsible for several service technicians who served with him. Lew has worked in the air conditioning industry for over 30 years as a service technician, service manager, consultant, and now business owner.
He was honored to be on the board for the inaugural RACCA apprenticeship program hosted at Pinellas Technical College. He is an expert on topics like Psychrometrics, Refrigeration Theory, Internal Aerodynamics, Mechanical Systems Design, Duct Design and Implementation, Heat Pump Theory and Operation, Humidification, Air Sanitation and Filtration.
