Duncan Heating and Air Services was started in late 2010 with my parents Raymond and Cathy.
Before our heating and air company dad had a very advanced and in depth background in the field of research and development.
My two brothers (Derek and Spencer) have been a vital asset to our company as well.
Mom has been the backbone to all of our success from answering all the phone calls to standing and holding a flashlight for me in the middle of the night to get a client back cool again.
Beyond our immediate family our employees have become an extension of our family and we give them much of the credit to our success.
