The OXY 4 is an Advanced Active Ionic Oxidation Air Purifier that uses Ultra Violet light & catalytic reactions to create ionically charged airborne oxidizers.
These highly effective oxidative air cleansers freely circulate throughout your home to help reduce and eliminate molds, virus, bacteria, microbes, odors and chemical VOC's (Volatile organic compounds).
This means that airborne microbial including unwanted odors and chemical gases are unable to escape the oxidative cleansing action of the OXY 4. It is particularly helpful for indoor environments that experience higher levels of humidity.

In Layman's terms, a furnaces AFUE rating equals the amount of gas a furnace uses.
The rest of the gas the furnace doesn't use goes out the chimney.
So the 80% AFUE furnaces use 80% of the gas you're paying for and waste the other 20%.
90% AFUE furnaces waste 10% of the gas you're paying for and 95% AFUE furnaces waste 5% of the gas you're paying for.
If your existing furnace is 15 years old, chances are it is probably about 65% to 70% AFUE.
20 year old furnaces can be as low as 60% AFUE or less.
