I am very pleased with their service. Heather has been helpful in scheduling my appointment. The technician was very helpful and friendly and he pointed out that my dryer vent needed to be relocated so my air conditioning unit would work more efficiently. Overall it's been a great experience and I will be using them again in the future!

This is a pretty non-traditional review for service. This past week my AC stopped working. My usual go-to for AC service was not able to come out that day so I began research for another company. I called one who was very rude on the phone and then came across Polar Express. I called and spoke with Terry and explained my problem. Terry actually diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me how to fix it! Terry didn't know me but actually chose customer service over making money for an "easy" repair. I truly appreciate his honesty and ethics. Needless to say next time I need anything for my AC, I'll call Terry at Polar Express. If he's this nice for free, I can only imagine his service levels on a job. Don't hesitate to reach out and give Polar Express a try if you need any AC service or repair!

Our AC started blowing hot air late in the evening on a hot summer day. Which for us is an emergency as my husband's mother lives with us and she is a cardiac patient and cannot be in the heat. Terry came after hours and stayed until the problem was fixed. He is professional and honest. We would recommend him highly!!
