The compressor was under warranty, and St. Jean handled that and charged for labor and the new gas, which was the bulk of the expense.
Ray replaced my furnace, hot water tank, and installed central A/C.
He also installed a smart, wireless thermostat (Nest).
He removed and disposed of all old equipment.
Ray was punctual - began service when he said he would - and was flexible and patient as we worked through the MASS Saves heat loan and rebate process.
