Southern Heating and Air is a proud member of the Midlands community of South Carolina. Our heating and cooling shop has been here so long, we can't remember exactly what used to sit on the corner of Maple and Millwood before we moved in back in 1959. Residential work is our specialty, but we are happy to serve your commercial building as well. Current owner James Elks has 37 years (so far!) of HVAC experience under his tool belt.
